Short-Term Disability

This coverage provides financial protection in the event you become sick or accidentally injured from a non-work related accident. Your benefit amount is 60% of your basic weekly earnings, up to a maximum of $1,300 a week. The short-term disability benefit begins on day one if your disability is due to an injury and day eight if your disability is due to sickness. This benefit is provided by Equitable.
